Your Presentation Folder is created in much the same way as any of our add-on design services - Our designers create a preliminary version, preview the design on our Factory Floor client area where you can request revisions and edits until you've arrived at a Presentation you can be proud of.

All our Presentation Folder designs include industry standard die-lines (the guides that printers use to cut out the printed folder) and includes pockets and business card slots. When used as part of a total brand identity, and combined with your well-designed business cards, letterheads and other documents, a dynamic Presentation Folder screams out professionalism. 	Design and creation of your presentation folder artwork. Artwork includes cover, back cover and inside pockets. Artwork can be spot color or four color process.
	Up to 3 preliminary design options (requires client supplied information and/or copy). Up to 3 sets of revisions. Revisions can generally be turned around in 3 business days. Once allotment of design revisions have been used up, subsequent Presentation Folder Design edits may be subject to additional hourly billing. Certain simple edits can still be performed at no charge. Check with your designer.
	All Presentation Folder designs are supplied as print ready impositions (.EPS) with outlined fonts for maximum printer compatibility. Die lines (standard 2 pocket, business card slot) included. Colors are itemized as PANTONE spot colors or CMYK mixes.
	Raw .AI versions for future editing (requires appropriate font and/or software availability).

Our Presentation Folder Design Package includes the creation of your Presentation Folder artwork - and delivery of Print-Ready Imposition files. You'll end up with access to all the digital files you require, including the formats that you can use for printing your Presentation Folder utilizing your local printer. Included are:

EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) files: The Vector based source files of any design by The Logo Factory. This file is generally the format used by quality printers. For color matching accuracy of spot color logos, we use the Pantone Matching System (PMS). For print color reference, Pantone color Guides are available at better local printers.

AI (Adobe Illustrator) files: The vector based source files of any design by The Logo Factory. This file is editable (if you have access to vector based drawing software such as Adobe Illustrator. Depending on your application and reproduction of your Presentation Folder, you may require additional file formats. Due to the extra setup time of these additional file formats, some nominal charges may apply:

PDF files (letterhead): - Adobe Portable Document Files that are compatible with many computer applications and software. Can be used for internal office use and/or printing. May require some artwork variation from Print-Ready Impositions to allow for limitations and print areas of most office desktop printers.

TIF Files: - Sometimes requested by online printing firms who are 'ganging' your Presentation Folder printing on a large sheet with other similar printing jobs. Accordingly, our Presentation Folder revision turnaround times are approximate only. Our designers will do their best to meet scheduling as listed, but certain factors may increase revision time. This is particularly true of highly complex designs, or folders with large photographic images, where revisions may take longer. Your designer, or client support, will inform you of such delays throughout the design process.
