Terms of Service - turnaround times.
1). **As logo design is a creative process, our logo design revision turnaround times are approximate only. Our designers will do their best to meet scheduling as listed, but certain factors may increase revision time. This is particularly true of illustrative logos, where revisions may take longer. Your designer, or client support, will inform you of such delays throughout the design process.
2) + Rush logo repair revisions are based on our standard 3 hour turnaround schedule. Revision requests received before 12 PM (EST) will be completed within three hours. Revision requests received after 12 PM (EST) will be completed before 12 PM next business day.
3) A revision stage is ANY logo change request that requires posting of images on our Factory Floor. See our design glossary for definition of design terms and phrases that you may be unfamiliar with.
4) Note: Our Logo Design Service Guarantee does not apply to any Logo Repair project.
5) If client wishes to cancel project AFTER requesting either additional logo proposals or revisions, then a 50% kill fee on the project will apply. See our cancellation policies for more information. See our terms and conditions for a complete details.
