	Your logo in a Vector based format (.eps, .ai, etc). If you only have a low-resolution bitmap graphic, we can always repair this image into the correct formats. If you don't have one yet, our studio can always create a logo for you. We'll also need your company information, names and contact information in text format. Your designer will send you a Stationery Worksheet to fill out and submit.
	Print-Ready Impositions.

	7 business day delivery of preliminary designs. Artwork includes letterhead, business card and envelope design. Designs are generally based on the layout of your business card.
	Design and creation of your stationery design artwork (1 colour, 2 - 3 spot colour or 4 colour process). Includes up to 4 individualized business cards (additional cards can be order for $15.00 per).
	2 preliminary designs of your stationery artwork.
	2 additional unique versions of your stationery (after preliminary designs have been presented).
	Up to 3 design revisions or edits (revision rounds) to the preliminary stationery design of your choice. Revisions can generally be turned around in 3 business days. Once allotment of design revisions have been used up, subsequent stationery edits may be subject to additional hourly billing. Certain simple edits can still be performed at no charge.
	Print-Ready Imposition bundle of your stationery set up for offset printing (Pantone or CMYK colours). Includes letterhead, business card and envelope. All Stationery Design packages are supplied as print ready impositions (.EPS) with outlined fonts for maximum printer compatibility. Additional files available - .PDF version of your letterhead for internal use. May require some alteration from Print-Ready versions.
	Our Stationery Design Package requires payment of $195.00 before your project can be scheduled in our production department. Stationery Design Packages are also INCLUDED in our Entry PLUS, Professional PLUS logo design packages and in our Gold and Platinum logo design Bundles. All Prices are $Canadian.

Our Stationery Design Package includes the creation of your stationery artwork - letterhead, business card (up to 4 individual cards) and delivery of a Print-Ready Imposition bundle. You'll end up with access to all the digital files you require, including the formats that you can use for printing your stationery utilizing your local printer. Included are:

EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) files: The Vector based source files of any design by The Logo Factory. This file is generally the format used by quality printers. For colour matching accuracy of spot colour logos, we use the Pantone Matching System (PMS). For print colour reference, Pantone colour Guides are available at better local printers.

Resolution: Unlimited.

AI (Adobe Illustrator) files: The vector based source files of any design by The Logo Factory. This file is editable (if you have access to vector based drawing software such as Adobe Illustrator. See here for a list of The Logo Factory software picks). For colour matching accuracy of spot colour logos, we use the Pantone Matching System (PMS). For print colour reference, Pantone colour Guides are available at better local printers.

Depending on your application and reproduction of your stationery material, you may require additional file formats. Due to the extra setup time of these additional file formats, some nominal charges may apply:

PDF files (letterhead): - Adobe Portable Document Files that are compatible with many computer applications and software. Can be used for internal office use and/or printing. May require some artwork variation from Print-Ready Impositions to allow for limitations and print areas of most office desktop printers.

TIF Files: - Sometimes requested by online printing firms who are 'ganging' your stationery design on a large sheet with other similar printing jobs. While not recommended by The Logo Factory, this is a common method employed by discount printers. Requires set up of individual files for each business card, letterhead and envelope. ** As stationery design is a creative process it is impossible to predict exactly how long revisions will take. Accordingly, our stationery design revision turnaround times are approximate only. Our designers will do their best to meet scheduling as listed, but certain factors may increase revision time. This is particularly true of highly complex designs, where revisions may take longer. Your designer, or client support, will inform you of such delays throughout the design process.
