A 39 slide PowerPoint presentation on logos, typography, type styles, faces and fonts. Terms and concepts anyone designing a logo with text needs to know
A couple of days ago, we posted a monster-sized screed on logos & typography that covers pretty well everything you need to know about using type and fonts when designing a logo. Weighing in at around 3600 words, that feature is probably TL/DR (too long, didn’t read) for all but the most dedicated type fan, so we’ve taken the most salient and important parts and boiled them down to a PowerPoint presentation that you can zoom through in a few minutes. The original feature is still worth a read if you’re really into such things, but this slide show gets to the nitty-gritty at a rapid clip. We’ll also be posting a related infographic in a couple of days if real quick and dirty images are your thing.
