I do not usually take the time to write to companies unless I, like most people, have a complaint. I want to commend The Logo Factory on your excellent customer service, your quickness with no loss of quality, and your creativity. We were very impressed that your designer took the time to think about what he was designing. We knew that as soon as we saw the mission image integrated into our logo. Santa Barbara is very famous for its mission, and obviously your team knew that, or made himself aware of it. In any case, we ended up with what we feel is a fantastic design. As we become more and more hesitant to conduct business over the Internet as a result of what seems to be a standard of inadequate customer service, it has been truly a pleasure to have The Logo Factory design our graphics. We have just completed the design process of our company logo and stationary. Michael Cisco was our designer and I just wanted to send you and e-mail to let you know what a fantastic job he did for us.
When I originally entertained the idea of having our corporate image professionally designed I researched our options thoroughly. Our first instinct was to go with a local company, because we wanted a "local" feel to our design.
Back a few years ago, when I was in college, I stumbled across your site and really liked the originality in your designs. Naturally, when I began to think about choosing a graphic designer, I logged back on to see if you were still around. Needless to say, it was a sales job for me to convince my partners to give you, an Internet company from Canada, a shot. I contacted several of your past customers and without exception they praised your company.
From the beginning of the process to the end, Michael was patient and easy to work with. With our board being made up of 5 different strong willed people, with completely different creative tastes, we had a lot of revisions and changes. Michael patiently and thoroughly drafted whatever we wanted to see, giving us the impression that he really wanted us to be happy with the results. In my past experience with designers, that has never been the case.
We are now working with Tyson on a website and after our phone conversation today, it appears that we will be equally impressed with him.
In closing, I want you to know that we have been delighted with your staff, so much that I would feel guilty for not letting you know what a good job your people are doing. I am generally not one to gush over great service. I expect it. But when my expectations are surpassed as they have been in this case, I feel compelled to compliment the individual and company. Thanks for a fantastic job.
