Sports medicine logo - Premier Orthopaedics
Behind the Design Scenes: Often - logos for medical and health care businesses and practices are extremely conservative. That is to be expected, as the logo has to appeal to a wide audience as well as page homage to any sensibilities involved. This can button-hole a designer but with enough perseverance an effective corporate identity can be built. This was NOT the case with Premier Orthopaedics who wanted a rather funky fire-themed icon designed - they wanted to appeal to a younger crowd (not to mention the logo was to be on the staff hockey team jerseys). Premier Orthopaedic was also featured in as a flame logo in our archives.
