Horse Logo - Strong River Equine Horse Ranch & Farm.
Behind the Design Scenes: Strong River Equine is a horse ranch & farm that also features an equestrian supplies retail store outlet. In 2001 the client decided to stage a brand 'makeover', contracting The Logo Factory to design their new corporate logo. As the company's main activities all related to horses, it was imperative that a dynamic equestrian illustration was front and center of the new 'look' Typical of most horse logos, this design was incorporated into a 'shield' with traditional western lettering (similar to what you'd see in old cowboy and western movies). Once the logo was completed, a traditional color scheme was added, though many of the uses would be colorless (ie: a wood-cut sign at the entrance to the horse ranch itself).
