House Logo - Best Choice Home Real Estate Services.

Behind the Design Scenes: Over the years we've developed many a logo for real estate agents, agencies and related services and businesses. In fact, our logo gallery features dozens of examples - in this instance Choice Home Services. The client dealt with 'upscale' properties and wanted their logo to reflect the type of homes represented by their business. To that end, our designers created an illustrative logo based on an actual property owned by Choice Home Services. The icon was simple (technically) while still remaining visually complex and interesting enough to appeal to the target market. The logo was then 'shielded' - a rather simple, yet elegant manner for a designer to encompass the logo in a color field. (This has the advantage of allowing the logo to stand alone, or on a multitude of background colors and textures). The client selected a green and orange color scheme, and black was added for detail and contrast. In certain uses, the font treatment has to be reversed (ie: a dark background) but the shield and the house illustration can remain untouched.
