Logo Brief: Creative overview - Located in Scottsdale, Arizona (Valley of the Sun) as described by the client - "Beautiful sunsets and mountain views. Palm trees and cactus." As part of the creative direction, this was to be worked into the design. The client wanted to stay away from the usual Real Estate design, and wanted something a 'little more elegant'. Favorite colors were listed as shades of blue (the only color suggestion) and a 'flowing font' was requested. Other than a '"good luck" this was the only restrictions our designers received. With our creative pathways open, we came up with the above design, a hit with both the client, and the designers responsible.
