Design Category: Office & Business Supplies About: A logo design for The Holmes Stamp Company - founded 49 years ago and has since evolved into more than 'just' a stamp company - today HSC sales are made up from 55% stamps and 45% signs. The company recently changed their name to Holmes Stamp & Signs to reflect this evolution, and a new logo design was needed to complete the change.
Logo Brief: "We have been established for nearly 50 years without any type of advertising or marketing. I am trying to design a new company identity, logo and marketing strategy. With our current name HOLMES STAMP COMPANY... people have no idea we our retail store also sells signs, name tags, photo ID's, Seals, Screen Printing, Advertising Specialty Items and office supplies. I am trying to change that but do not want to lose the Holmes name with our new logo - it has been in our community (Jacksonville, Florida) for over 50 years....."
