About: A logo design for Realty-Pros, a New York based real estate broker and agency. Company also offers mortgage broker services and other house purchasing assistance.
Logo Brief: Realty Pros wanted to upgrade their corporate logo design, and add a new flair to their soon-to-be-launched web site. The logo needed to be able to stand with, and alone from, Realty-Pro agent photos. The real estate company wanted the "name of the company to stand out" and wanted a logo that looked "professional, a little traditional, but more importantly, unique". Also, the company name had to be featured in a unique font, so that portion of the logo could utilized in a solo basis. Realty Pros also provide access to mortgages, so TLF designers created a logo icon that demonstrated the 'balancing' of all aspects of home purchasing, and the real estate industry. As with many of our logos, this logo featured a palette of only two spot colors, which greatly reduces costs when reproducing stationery kits, more specifically letterhead design and business card.
