About: A logo design for We Buy Cash - a real estate and mortgage agent that purchases and rehabs residential homes for resell outisde of traditional Real Estate avenues..
Logo Brief: "We purchase and rehab residential homes for resell. We wanted more obvious domain names for our site but all real estate themes had already been taken. We registered www.webuycash.com as this is indeed what we do. We pay cash for these houses to quickly close the deal. We need a good clear logo design that outlines what we do. Some people might think we're money lenders or buyers of notes, not involved in real estate.I want 'www' and '.com' to appear somewhere in the design as this logo is being created to promote a web site that is currently under construction.
We like modern looking logo designs but have to include a house of some design in our logo to let people what we do. We don't mind a contemporary (iconic) look but will need something to let clients know that we are not money lenders, or check cashers, but home buyers. But then again, not your average Real Estate agency. I thought of placing a house between 'we buy' and 'cash' but thought this might confuse clients when typing in the name. Perhaps your designers can come up with a creative solution around this."
