Logo Brief: When Diamond Photo Studio decided to expand their photography business, the first order of business was a new corporate logo design that could be incorporated into their stationery design, letterhead design and brochure design. The studio wanted a logo that conveyed their business buzz words - "professional, quality, creative, fun, cutting edge, reliable, moderately priced and speedy". With the advent of digital photography, more and more design emphasis was being placed on the technology of photography, rather than the craft. Or so it seemed to our designers, who decided to use an old-fashioned analog camera in order to portray value and reliable service.
Company Overview: Diamond Photo Studio's main focus (pun intended) was portraits of weddings and bridal parties, grads, and family. The studio is completely digital (ironically, their corporate image isn't). The company mantra is reflected in the studio's tagline "Diamond Photo Studio, creating memories for a lifetime, in a flash".
