While I’m not usually one for branding ‘gimmicks’ and ‘trinkets’, I have to admit that even I found this pretty cool. An outfit called Laptop Design USA can put your logo (and/or related artwork) on your laptop casing. They’ll work with new ‘puters as well as those ‘in use’ (though back up your files kiddies). They’re not too specific about the prcing, but suggest on their web site that, depending on complexity and number of colors, the prices “usually” range from $95 to $185. Not bad at all, considering the impact that such logo placement would have when you’re on the road, sitting across the table from a prospective client, or running a mutli-media presentation at a trade show. They’ve thoughfully assembled a gallery of previous designs so you can get some ideas. Imagine it would make a pretty unique Christmas gift too.
