Daily Logo Banner

A few years back we had a great idea. Sort of a ‘eureka!’ moment. Just like every designer on the planet, we liked to show off our new stuff. Our galleries were a pain to update on a frequent basis, and accordingly, it was months before our ‘latest and greatest’ hit our web site. Then, someone had an idea. Why didn’t we set up a Daily Logo – an inspirational case study of a recently shipped logos along with some back story about the project. We’d change it every day. Sounded real good. Trouble was, all the pages had to be hand-coded (no CMS) and the Daily Logo very quickly became the Not-So-Daily Logo. We skipped a day here, then a few weeks, and on occasion a few months before we posted new stuff. Long of concept, very short on execution. With the new site, we’re planning to relaunch The Daily Logo, only this time as part of our blog. Much easier to update, and hopefully, easier to stay on top of (fingers crossed). In any case, starting Monday, look for new DLs. The old not-so-Dailys? They can still be found here in the archives.
