This logo was created for For Goodness Sakes Inc. – A company based out of Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. Now you may wonder what it is that For Goodness Sakes Inc is all about? Well, this company’s’ main focus is to provide natural nutrition to families through their broad selection of organic and all natural health food snacks.
The designers worked with For Goodness Sakes to design a logo for their line of health food snack bars, which (now) goes by the name of Health Nut. You might wonder why I say ‘now’… Well from when the project was initiated up until when the client finalized – the client changed the name of the logo three times. When For Goodness Sakes initially started their design project with us – the product line was originally entitled Eat Me Raw… After some discussion with the client and feedback that For Goodness Sake’s had received from their vendors – For Goodness Sakes came to the decision that the name of the product would need to be changed due to its forwardness. Which certainly was a wise choice if you think about it! What would you think if you went to the grocery store and saw a package that read ‘Eat Me Raw’ in big bold letters? For a short while after the client decided to rid of the name Eat Me Raw, they played with the name Rawsome; before inevitably deciding the name of the product line would be Health Nut.
