Noticed this while searching on Google this morning. If you do a search for The Logo Factory on Google, an outfit called Logo Design Pros come up as a sponsored link. That means that these dudes are actually paying to be be found whenever someone searches for our studio using our (ahem) registered trademark as a keyword phrase. Guess it could be taken as flattery (though not very original for a ‘creative’ firm and LDPs may wish to take a looksee at Google’s policy on using trademarks to trigger keyword searches). In any case, it’s pretty amusing the lengths some folks will go to grab a piece of the ever-shrinking online design market.
