Mascot logo – Buckeye Cabling Systems & Cable Installation.

Buckeye Cabling wanted a friendly mascot logo, and imagined a ‘cable-guy’ type cartoon character that would represent their company. The logo had to be versatile – planned usages included signage (simple shapes are required for the vinyl plotter) and the company’s fleet of vans. A spot-color approach was decided on early in the logo design process rather than the more-expense four color approach. The ‘cable-guy’ character was developed to be friendly and ‘approachable’ with a slightly whimsical treatment. For ease of readability, a simple block font was selected. Cartoon mascot logos can be shown in various situations and environments, adding a new dimension to the versatility of the logo.

Inset Logo A – Rayz Air (Industrial Air Conditioning & Heating). The owners of Rayz Air had a fairly well-developed creative idea when they submitted their client profile to The Logo Factory. As the company was based in Florida, a sun (with rays) was to be incorporated as a main theme while strategic color selections would complete the imagery – blue in the design would represent cool, where the sun and red coloring would relate to heating. “By use of the logo colors, we would like to cover the two services of the company and tie this together so the logo design is creative and fresh”..

Inset Logo B – Country Club Golf Logo. This was actually part of a ‘duo-brand’ for Country Club Vinyl – the second being for the sister company – All State Fence. Country Club Vinyl supplies fencing and vinyl enclosures for Golf and Country clubs and wanted their logo to illustratate the specificity of their business with gold-themed graphics.
