Church logo – The Summit Church Ministry.

When dealing with church logos, our logo designers, have to work within a fairly tight set of parameters. They must incorporate sensitivity, understanding and most importantly, tact of the subject matter involved. Unlike other types of branding, throwing together a few icons and swooshes isn’t even an option for a church logo – there are ideologies and themes that need to be factored in the design process itself. A designer has to be careful not to offend the target audience with inappropriate imagery, while still keeping in mind the base goal of any design project – to develop a visual brand identity that encapsulates the church, and the religion being represented. Just in time too – religious organizations are keenly aware of the the importance of marketing and many view their branded identity – be it for a church, religious organization, or ministry – as a critical component of reaching their audience.
