Logo designer - a day in the life of a TLF designer.
TLF was always envisioned as a 'working' studio - utilitarian in decor, but equipped with the latest in technology, design software and artist's tools. The design staff would be among the best, and thus required a creative realm and unique working environment. No pretenses here - the atmosphere is casual, yet hectic, as The Logo Factory® works with clients from around the globe. In this era of faceless Internet logo design companies, The Logo Factory® is a REAL studio, with in-house staff and support personal. When you submit your new logo design project, you'll get to know your designer and our admins, as you work together to create the identity that will symbolize your company, business or product for years. But don't take our word for it. To capture some of the TLF atmosphere, we recorded life around the TLF studio for a few days. Join us in a studio tour, and see if The Logo Factory® is the creative team that you want to entrust with the genesis of your new identity.

| The Logo Factory senior designers meet regularly in what is affectionately known as The Logo Lounge. This helps keep projects on track allows staff to discuss creative ideas. |
Creative input from other designers helps keep TLF logo staff at the top of their game as well as giving clients the benefit of multiple talents and personalities. |
Just because The Logo Factory is one of the most in-demand designer teams around doesn't mean that our designers can't share a joke or two. |

| TLF creative director gives his viewpoint on one of the thousands of projects The Logo Factory has successfully completed. From logo creation to complex package design, TLF has a reputation for adherence to detail. |
Even in the midst of production meetings, our client support staff is still available by phone, chat and e-mail. Here, our admin chats with a prospective client with some questions about the logo design process. |

| Our administration department helps make sure that things keep running smoothly. From project submission to dealing with client issues, all our staff are experienced in the business of logo design like no other firm on the web. |
A rare quiet moment in the The Logo Factory admin suite. This, the lower level, is the nerve center of business and client matters. The creative stuff goes up upstairs. |
The latest design project records are stacked and prepared to go into storage. Part of TLF's success was an early adaptation of the meme - 'stay organized'. With over 7000 projects under our belt - good job too! |

| More project records. This particular box is for completed logo projects 3000 - 3499. Not a bad level of experience for a relatively small design team. |
Duplicate client project CDs are stored separately for future trouble shooting or file unarchiving. The Logo Factory uses various backup methods to make sure client files are safe and sound. |
Tools of the trade. Our logo design software is always kept up to date and each designer is equipped with the latest tools and technology. |

| Another view of one of our software cabinets - software pirates beware, the AT-ATs will get ya! |
Production and project delivery schedules. This requires the most succinct set of production management expertise - there are dozens of ongoing projects at The Logo Factory at any one time. |
The atmosphere is industrial and utilitarian - no pretense at The Logo Factory. |

| Toys litter the TLF studio. 12" Universal Soldiers are the big ticket faves, with the huge tanks and military vehicles needed to house the figures... |
To say that the TLF atmosphere is eclectic would be an vast understatement. Display cabinets contain a rather large Spawn figurine collection - guarded by a large scale helicopter... |
...while Star Wars vehicles (the original mid-70s Kenner series) patrol from the office roof. Course, this obsession helps when it comes time to designing toy logos. |
| A cup of coffee (and the resultant stacks of empty cups) is never far from designer hands. |
It's pretty well established that TLF logo designers live on coffee. Here's proof - close up of Coffee Tray Mountain. |
Another coffee run. Laurie's turn, she takes orders. Could exmplain the number of coffee logos we've developed over the years. |

| Steve D. discusses a new project with a client. Unlike most online design companies, TLF is structured for one-on-one communication with our staff... |
"I don't have time for this!". When a designer is in 'The Zone' full concentrations helps focus the design process. |
Not sure who let the dude with the dinosaur head in The Logo Factory design studio, but he sure knows his way around Photoshop... |
| In order to keep TeamTLF focused and invigorated (all the better for quality creative design work) the staff take regular field-trips - on this occasion to a local amusement park... |
Paul G. and his little yellow headed friend (winnings at a fevered game of Whack-a-mole with the TLF gang). |
Our annual summer company 'field trip'. This year found Team TLF at Wonderland for a day of rides, games and funnel-cake (yum). |

| The Logo Factory has various upcoming projects currently on the sidelines. Steve R. wears a T-shirt promoting the upcoming Design Cartel web site... |
Puppy day at TLF. After numerous requests (he claims they where demands), Steve D has brought his new puppies into the studio. |
Where Paul and Keelala (a Beagle, Australian Shepherd cross) meet face-to-face. Grwwl! |
