Horizons Church Animation: This movie utilizes the logo we created for for Horizons Church - a new ministry that, as the client described in their brief, was "created for people who are not a part of a faith community". The client wanted their logo to appeal to a younger (25-40ish age) democratic and accordingly wanted to use the latest in multimedia to present their new brand. "We live in a time of wide open possibilities and almost limitless choices. We are appealing to people who ask the question, what are we going to do with it? We are pushing the edges of what most people think of when they think of a church". In order to develop this movie, our designers first had to turn to spheres and globes into 3D objects which could be spun around the earth graphic. The compass portion of the animation only used a few graphic 'symbols' in order to keep the file size as small as possible.
