While we are constantly developing traditional brochure designs and graphic presentations for many of our clients, there is an increasing demand for PDF (Portable Document Format) documents that can be stored and downloaded from any web site. These documents are cross-platform, and can be viewed using a readily available plug in from Adobe. You can distribute these PDF documents via web download, e-mail and/or CD. Brochure Design - Electronic or Traditional.

Due to their small file size, PDF brochure documents can be designed like any graphic presentation, complete with photographs, graphics, charts and illustrations, and are completely printer compatible. PDF documents can be constantly updated and modified, without the expense of traditional reproductions, and are not subject to the minimum requirements of traditional offset printing. Also, PDF documents can be full-color, with the added expense of traditional 4 color process printing. As these files are digital, they can also be embedded with active web links, that will automatically launch a browser, and then open the requested web page, when clicked. PDF presentations can be a simple conversion and mirror your traditional presentations, or The Logo Factory can create a unique PDF presentation, taking advantage of ALL of this format's advantages. 	5 business day delivery of preliminary designs.
	Design and creation of your Brochure Design artwork. Artwork includes covers and internal page. Prices listed are based on a 2 sided Brochure. Final artwork can be spot color or four color process.
	Up to 3 preliminary designs of your Brochure artwork.
	Up to 3 sets of major revisions to selected version (revision rounds) to the preliminary brochure design of your choice. Revisions can generally be turned around in 3 business days. Once allotment of design revisions have been used up, subsequent brochure design edits may be subject to additional hourly billing. Certain simple edits can still be performed at no charge. Check with your designer.
	Print-Ready Imposition files of your Brochure design set up for offset printing (Pantone or CMYK colors). Additional files available - .PDF version of your letterhead for internal use. May require some alteration from Print-Ready versions. You may also receive Quark and/or Indesign files depending on the complexity of the project.
	Our Brochure Design Package requires payment of $225.00 before your project can be scheduled in our production department. Balance due before shipment or transmission of files.
	Copyright transfer and ownership documentation. for any additional artwork
	Depending on your application and reproduction of your Brochure Design, you may require additional file formats. PDF files (letterhead): - Adobe Portable Document Files that are compatible with many computer applications and software. Can be used for internal office use and/or printing. Can also be made available for download from your website. May require some artwork variation from Print-Ready Impositions to allow for limitations and print areas of most office desktop printers. TIF Files: - Sometimes requested by online printing firms who are 'ganging' brochure designs on a large sheet with other similar printing jobs. While not recommended by The Logo Factory, this is a common method employed by discount and online printers.
