Standard Studio Hourly Rate
$75.00 per hour

Standard hourly rate for add-on art, illustration and design. We also offer a wide range of pre-priced logo packages and services.

Rush Studio Hourly Rate
$100.00 per hour

Same day, holiday and weekend services are billed at $100 per hour. Subject to designer availability and studio scheduling. For rush projects where we have to ‘drop everything’.

Extra Logo
$150.00 per design

When purchased during the course of a logo design project. During the design process, your designer will create numerous logo proposals, concepts and variations other than the design you have finalized. If you wish to purchase additional unique versions that were created during your project, you may do so for $150.00 per logo. That fee includes the logo, file format setup and copyright transfer according to the package you’ve selected. Please note – during any logo design project, other than the finalized design and any logo purchased as ‘extra logos‘, all sketches, preliminary designs and concepts remain the copyright of The Logo Factory.

Additional Business Cards
$15.00 per setup

Addition of business card setup for another individual when required during the course of a stationery design project or a PLUS addition to a logo design package. Includes setup only.

File Format Upgrade
$95.00

Upgrade the logo files and formats included in Entry Level logo packages & Basic Logo Repair packages from Basic to Full File Format setup.

Additional Archival CD
$35.00 each

When you’ve finished your logo design project, your designer can place all your files, assets and documents on a CD that you can access whenever you require. Protect your investment with an additional archival CD. You can purchase an additional CD at checkout – keep a copy on site, while the archival version is stored safely in another location. Your logo files are among the most valuable investments your company has. Make sure you always have access to yours.

Project Unarchiving Fee
$75.00

Had an earlier project with us that you couldn’t get around to finalizing? Perhaps other things came up, or plans changed. No problem. We have all your project assets, documents and communication on file and for a nominal unarchiving fee, we can tackle your project anew! Our unarchiving fee covers the time required to reacquaint ourselves with your project and to reassemble all your design assets onto our studio network.

Express Courier Fee
$40.00

Due to increasing courier service charges and fuel surcharges we’ve had to add an Express Shipping surcharge to CDs shipped, by courier. If you wish to waive this fee, we can make all your files and assets available for download from our Factory Floor (as with all design projects) and send copyright transfer documents via mail. Contact our client support department for further information.

Hourly billable rates & time charges

Need some design work that’s more, or less, than our available packages? The Logo Factory can also bill your design project under hourly rates. For an hourly billable project please contact us and we’ll put together a quote. 50% retainer is required on all quoted projects before scheduling.
