About: A professional Logo design for Learning Werks – web based educational and training content development service.

Logo Brief: Sometimes, a simple treatment is the best design solution, as was the case for this professional logo for Learning Werks, a educational and training development company based in Carlsbad California. Learning Werks is a division of Cassini Technology Group, a training solutions company in Southern California that has received awards from organizations like NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Vivendi Universal. The company was impressed with The Logo Factory’s handling of our own branding (Werks in German translates to Factory) and the company had already utilized a series of cogs in earlier logo versions. The company wanted a simple text based logo, as well as a pro logo that would work with material that was already developed/in development. The company takes a systematic (modular) approach to the creation of their training and educational material and wanted their logo to reflect this utilitarian approach. Our logo artists utilized a simple color scheme that could reproduce well on the web (were most of Learning Werk’s material would be created) as well as on traditionally printed materials and promotional media.
